Customer Support System
We all have our own issues while trying to play any of Outspark's games but many of those issues are hard to get the resolution to. Issues include account problems, in-game errors, and personal problems with other players.The best resolution when it comes to these situations is contacting the Outspark Support Staff, who will reply to any issues submitted to them within 5 days (that doesn't mean it will take that long...it may take 1 or 2 days or maybe the full 5, it just depends on how busy the system is).

You may be asking yourself, "Cool, so how exactly do I contact the Outspark Support Staff?"
The answer is simple:
Go to the Outspark Support Knowledge Base Site and there you will a page showing you answers to questions that many players have asked before. To contact a Customer Service Representative, you will need to click on the "Contact a CSR" button seen below.

Once you have clicked on the button, you will come across the Contact Form. Fill in all of the text areas on the form and then click on Continue which will be seen at the bottom of the form.

Once you click on the Continue button, if your issue is closely related to any others that have been asked about in the past, a page will be brought up asking you if any of the suggested issues will be able to resolve your issue. If not, then you will have to click on the Continue button again to Submit your issue to Customer Service.
Notice: There are only 3 Customer Service Representatives and over 1 million players. If your issue does not get replied to immediately, you will have to wait. It takes a minimum of at least 5 days to get a reply back.
